Warm-Water Somatic Therapy

A Water, Breath & Body™ session is a warm-water somatic therapy rooted in Presence. It is an invitation to pause, soften and reconnect. In skin-temperature water (approx. 95º), you’re guided into a state of effortless Being where the mind and body can release physical, mental & emotional tension. My work supports the breath and the body’s natural rhythms without agenda and with unconditional acceptance and compassion.

Mindfulness Mentoring™

Cultivating Presence in Daily Life

Mindfulness Mentoring extends the work of Water, Breath & Body onto land. It is a natural progression that creates an opportunity to integrate that which becomes Awake in the water into one’s daily life. Through one-on-one sessions, you’ll be met with the same Presence, compassion and unconditional acceptance that I bring to my sessions in the water. You will receive support in bringing Presence, clarity, and resilience into daily life by cultivating and nurturing your own mindfulness practice. These land-based sessions that grow out of your water experience offer space to explore, integrate and apply insights in a grounded and sustainable way.
